We had to learn the chorus.
A host of Adelaide personalities including Claire P, Andrew Teague, Alice & Lucy Potter, myself and my bro Andy all feature in this highly anticipated multi million dollar production of a music clip. Actually it was filmed on a horribly cold, overcast day in the reserve next to my house for the smallest budget in MTV history. We just rocked up in the morning as extras and they made us into a character. I appear as a ninja, my brother as a mechanic, and pretty much everyone else just wore crazy colours and outfits.
Everyone features in the chorus, which yes, we had to learn the words to (just ask anyone who was there to recite it, they still know it and if they claim they don't, they are lying). The clip was filmed at twice the speed so what you're watching is at half the speed. Interesting.

Camera stuff
http://www.dpreview.com/
They have excellent reviews of almost every digital camera. You can compare specs on any combination of cameras you want. They take very similar test shots with every comera so you can compare actual pictures taken of the same shot to compare what all the specs actually mean in the real world. There are also some excellent forums there.

There are reviews there on lenses and cameras by people who own them. Very useful to read actual users impressions.

Has a really good section on memory card and the speeds they write at on different cameras. Good to check out before getting a card so that you get the one that is fastest on you type of camera.

So..
...i get a call from work today asking me if i want to do 3 hrs today. Im like well it is my one day of the week when i have nothing on but i guess i do need the money, 45buck would go nicely towards tix for gigs and cd's i've been meaning to pick up, so im like why not. I do the shift and as i leave i remember i need petrol so i drive 100m down the road and fill up. After i fill up im sitting in the petrol station and it hits me... this is FREAKIN SHIT!! I just dropped 48 bucks on petty! I worked 3 farkin hrs and within 3 mins of finishing i've given all the money back to them and more! Why did i bother working! Now i've gotta go work some more to pay of the rest of the petrol. Before you're all like "quit whinging simon, you need petrol, this is just how life works" ....i know....and i dont care!.....it's still shit! Well that's all i've got for now feel free to add other things that suck.
